Jill Carter is a case manager for Veterans Services of the Carolina. Jill covers most western counties in North Carolina including Cherokee, Graham, Clay, Swain, Macon, Haywood, Madison and Buncombe. As a case manager, Jill works under two main programs which include SSVF and HVRP. These programs focus on housing first and securing employment and training. Jill received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Asheville. Jill enjoys working with our Veteran population to ensure stable housing and employment with keeping the Veteran's interest priority.
