Mental Health First Aid Training | Internal VSC Charlotte

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips you with the knowledge and confidence to support friends, family, coworkers, and community members in times of crisis. This interactive course teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges—just like CPR, but for mental health.
