Christy is currently serving as a Care Coordinator for Veterans Services of the Carolinas in the NCServes call center, covering all 100 counties across North Carolina. She served in the Air Force for 16 years as an Ophthalmic Technician, providing care for active duty and military retirees. She has 15 years of experience in civil service working in the Veterans Healthcare Administration and the Department of Defense military treatment facilities. Christy received her BA in Psychology from Argosy University in 2009 and she is currently pursuing an MA in Christian Practice from Duke University School of Divinity. Christy is passionate about assisting Veterans and their family members by connecting them to supportive services.
